Stefanie Manzanares is a family nurse practitioner certified in advanced wound care. She has been performing wound care services since 2009 and leads River Rock Medical in providing attentive, individualized wound care to patients throughout Albuquerque.
Through a mobile clinic model, Stefanie brings care directly to patients’ homes, while also offering in-office visits for those who prefer them. Her approach emphasizes thorough assessment, clear communication with patients and families, and close coordination with each patient’s care team.
